We are pleased to announce that a new "REJECTED PCS REPORT" is now available for firms on Document Direct and InfoPac. 

The report ID is CPMRPT99C, and the report should be available for all firm staff who have access to the Trade Register report.

The report provides an easy way for firms to identify PCS records they submitted which could not be processed for whatever reason.  Typical reasons include submission of records for expired contracts and erroneous strike formats.  The report includes all PCS submissions for CBOT, CME and OneChicago products.

We urge firms to review this report to identify any problems they may have with PCS submission, and to work with their bookkeeping service providers, if any, to correct these.  For example, if records are rejecting due to erroneous strike formats, this may cause open interest to be incorrectly reported and performance bond requirements to be inaccurate.
